It's going to sound silly but I am so happy that my new Rowenta Oven comes with light. I can finally see what going on while the oven is functioning.
The result? the Best Meringue that I had ever made.
The type of crunchy Meringue that I been hoping for. I can't stop eating it.
The first few were great but then as I was moving it into a container, I realize the last few ones were still soft and sticky on the inside. I wonder if the Fan Heating Element wasn't even or I put too much on that side. I hope it's the latter because it would suck if it's uneven heating issue.

ReplyDeleteI totally feel you bro, my Mistral counter top oven which cost only $79 broke down last week, it has no oven lamp, had to shine a torch in the oven time to time to check the food, sigh. But gonna buy a Rowenta soon! It's my dream oven after seeing your blog and others like yummyfoodblog!
