I finally bought a new oven. a Rowenta Oven OC7868.My biggest worry would be that it becomes a white elephant. I have a tendency to buy equipments that end up collecting dust. I really don't want this oven to become another white elephant.
An idea came into my mind. I shall make a journal to keep record of how many times I use this oven and since it's no longer "fashionable" to use a notebook and pencil, I thought it would be a good idea to make use of a blog. A blog to keep record of my usage and what are the results like. A short blog post so that I can post quickly before the "procrastination monster" do me in.
I am aiming to use this oven twice a week. Hopefully I can keep that up for a year and more.
First Usage? Eliminating manufacturing residue and odours by heating it at 240°C for 25 mins
